About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to repair services provided by Tech Fix & Accessories in store or at your location. This website is informational only; no orders or payments are taken online.

Quotes & inspection

We inspect your device and give you a quote before any work starts. Final prices may change only if we find additional damage, and we will ask for your approval first.

90-day warranty option

• Selected repairs can be purchased with or without a 90-day warranty. Your choice is recorded on your receipt.
• The warranty covers defects in the part we installed and our workmanship for 90 days from the repair date.
• It does not cover new physical damage, cracked glass, liquid damage, software issues, or devices opened or repaired by anyone else after our repair.
• Repairs bought without the warranty are tested before hand-back but are not covered after you leave.
• Please bring your receipt for any warranty claim.

Your data

Back up your device before any repair. We take care with every device, but we are not responsible for data loss that may occur during repair.

Parts

We use quality replacement parts. Some parts may be compatible replacements rather than original manufacturer parts; we will tell you which when you approve the quote.

Unclaimed devices

Please collect repaired devices within 30 days of being notified. We may charge storage or dispose of devices left longer, as permitted by Utah law.

Home visits

Home visits are available across the Salt Lake City area during store hours, with after-hours support for seniors and individuals with disabilities by arrangement. Please make sure a safe workspace is available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
