Some repairs come with the choice of a 90-day warranty. You decide when you approve the quote, and it’s written on your receipt.

Before you bring it in.
Many screen and battery repairs are finished while you wait or the same day, depending on the device and part availability. We’ll give you a time estimate with your quote.
On eligible repairs you choose at the counter: a standard repair, or the same repair with 90-day warranty coverage on the replaced part. If that part fails from a defect within 90 days, we repair it again at no charge. New physical or liquid damage is not covered.
Screen, battery, port and back glass repairs don’t touch your stored data. We still recommend a backup before any repair, just in case.
No. We don’t repair smartwatches, but we do sell watch cases, screen protectors and straps in store.
Across the Salt Lake City area, during our regular store hours. Seniors and people with disabilities can ask about after-hours visits.
