Our story

Your trusted partner for repairs, accessories & at-home tech support.

We specialize in repairs and premium accessories for smartphones, iPads and laptops. Beyond the store, we want tech support to be easy for everyone to reach.

That’s why we offer on-demand home visits across Salt Lake City, and dedicated after-hours support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Whether you walk in or we come to you, you get the same honest inspection, clear quote and careful repair.

What we stand for

Three promises, every repair.

Honest diagnosis

We find the real fault and explain it in plain words. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you.

Your choice of warranty

Selected repairs come with the option of a 90-day warranty. You decide what's right for you.

Support for everyone

Home visits across Salt Lake City and after-hours help for seniors and people with disabilities.

Our mark

What's inside TFX.

T · A charging cable

The T is drawn from a USB-C connector, a nod to the power and connectivity side of the shop.

F · A wrench

The F hides an open wrench, for the hands-on repair work done at our bench.

X · A bolt of power

The lightning strike through the X stands for batteries, charging and bringing devices back to life.

What we work on

Brands we repair.

Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel and Motorola phones, iPads, laptops and MacBooks. We don’t repair smartwatches.
